AIRBUS Add-On Grip

Developed in official partnership with Airbus, this grip reproduces on a 1:1 scale the shape, ergonomics and exact positioning of the sidestick as found in the actual cockpits of the Airbus family. Designed for the captain’s left hand, AIRBUS Add-on Grip offers instant handling and an authentic posture, faithful to that of professional airline pilots.

AIRBUS Add-On Grip stands out for its modularity, designed down to the smallest detail for greater realism. By adding the additional module and its removable button cover, you can transform your A300 series airliner configuration into an A400M military cockpit in just a few steps. With its 5 buttons, 4 axes and dual-mode trigger configurable as a button or axis, AIRBUS Add-On Grip offers complete and precise control of your simulation. Its native Z-axis can be disabled via an integrated mechanical lock to adapt to your equipment and flying style. Each control is designed to meet the demands of the most experienced virtual pilots.

AIRBUS Add-On Grip features H.E.A.R.T. (HallEffect AccuRate Technology) technology, the result of Thrustmaster’s 15 years of expertise in the field of Hall effect magnetic sensors. Deployed on the Z-axis and the mini-stick, it guarantees precision and reliability over time without any drifting, with 16-bit resolution to capture every micro-movement with absolute fidelity. It’s a level of precision that makes all the difference during the most demanding flight phases.

Combine Thrustmaster devices and take control of AIRBUS aircraft by attaching the AIRBUS Add-On Grip flight stick grip to the AVA* joystick base, the Sol-R* joystick base, or the WARTHOG MKII* joystick base. The AIRBUS Add-On Grip flight stick grip also features limited compatibility with the Warthog* joystick base (using Warthog Converter*).

This is a software suite that lets you test, configure and program Thrustmaster controllers.
T.A.R.G.E.T allows for full interaction between different Thrustmaster USB controllers, simplified configurations in simulators, and the use of a single profile for all controllers rather than as many profiles as there are controllers. Finally, T.A.R.G.E.T includes preset profiles for famous games — both recent and older — and also lets you create new profiles!
