RULES FOR THE “FLYING IS SHARING” PHOTO CONTEST

Article 1 – Organizer

The company Guillemot Corporation, with its registered office at 2 RUE DU CHENE HELEUC, 56910 CARENTOIR, FRANCE, registered under number 414 196 758, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”, is organizing a free, no-purchase-necessary photo contest entitled “Flying is Sharing”, accessible exclusively via the “Flying is Sharing” channel on Discord, from June 10, 2025 at 10:00 AM (Paris time) to June 22, 2025 at 11:59 PM (Paris time).

Article 2 – Conditions of participation

The contest is open to any individual who:

Article 3 – How to participate

Participation in the contest is free and does not require any purchase. To participate, each entrant must:

Article 4 – Winner Selection

After the submission period, a jury composed of three members:

The winner will be announced by June 30, 2025 and contacted directly via private message on Discord. If the winner does not respond within 10 days, the prize will be awarded to an alternate participant.

Article 5 – Prize

The winner will receive a T.Flight HOTAS One Microsoft Flight Simulator Edition, selected by the Organizer (approximate retail value: 99,99€ or $109.99). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

Article 6 – Liability

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify all or part of the contest if circumstances beyond its control require it. The Organizer cannot be held liable for such modifications.

The Organizer will not be responsible for technical issues that may prevent participation (e.g., Discord outage, game or hardware malfunctions, etc.).

Article 7 – Copyright and usage Rights

Participants guarantee that they are the sole creators of the submitted images and hold all necessary rights to them.
By entering the contest, each participant grants the Organizer a free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute their screenshot(s) for communication purposes (social media, website, newsletters, etc.) from the end of the contest, without any geographical limitation.

Article 8 – Personal data

Any personal data collected (such as Discord username or shipping information) will be used solely for administering the contest and will not be sold or shared with third parties. In accordance with applicable regulations, participants have the right to access, rectify, or delete their data by contacting Thrustmaster.

Article 9 – Acceptance of rules

Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

Article 10 – Governing law and disputes

These rules are governed by French law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts.
